We find exciting to see how many couples are choosing to do a City Hall wedding and then have a reception somewhere in the city. That was the case for Karly and Richard, a creative couple who live on the East Village and wanted us to shoot around there after their ceremony with Hedda, their cute Boston Terrier. They also chose a perfect spot for their private reception, the Bar Velo in Brooklyn, a super charming venue right below the train tracks in Williamsburg.
