Francesca and Mateo eloped at the City Hall in what was a beautiful, almost snowy day in NYC. These two wanted a low key event with a ceremony at the marriage bureau and photos afterwards at the Wythe Hotel where they had booked the gorgeous South 8th loft. They celebrated their wedding there with a few friends and family members and their cute puppy <3
