Wall Street is often overlooked as a photography destination, but we believe it’s one of the epitomes of New York City. We love shooting in this area! The neighborhood blends striking Art Deco architecture and narrow, historic streets, creating unique opportunities for playing with light and shadows. Additionally, as a bustling financial hub, Wall Street exudes a dynamic energy, offering an authentic glimpse into the fast-paced rhythm of New York City life.
Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a wonderful couple who wanted to document their post-City Hall elopement. We began the shoot at their hotel, The Wall Street Hotel, which provided a sophisticated backdrop for some intimate and heartfelt moments. From there, we ventured out to some of our favorite iconic locations in the area, including the historic Delmonico’s and the beautifully detailed Conwell Coffee Hall. These spots added a layer of charm and character to their photos, perfectly encapsulating the essence of downtown Manhattan. We ended up at their hotel rooftop bar for some champagne celebratory toasts.
